Apparently both of my devices are using the Thesycon driver, and Win10 loads the generic XMOS stereo driver. Those with the Thesycon driver may or may not have access to the extra features, depending on how the manufacturer designed the driver. Those who don't have the extra tabs likely have the XMOS stereo driver, and generic branding is another sign for that.
